Dr. Juan R. Guardia is the Director of Multicultural Affairs at Florida State University. In his current position, Juan has overall responsibility of all programs and services related to the office. In addition, he is also Adjunct Faculty in the Higher Education Program within the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies in the FSU College of Education. During his spare time, Juan enjoys running.
